1. Manufacture and production of customized specialized devices

1.1. Nylon and film production machinery:

• Making bubble wrap machine (Bubble Wrap Machine): designed to produce multi-layer films with high tensile strength, suitable for sensitive packaging. These devices, with the ability to precisely adjust the thickness of the bubble and layer, use the least waste of raw materials.

• Production and repair of nylon sewing and cutting machine (Bag Making Machine): including all types of three-sided sewing machines, floor sewing and precise cuts for high-speed production of plastic bags.

The heart of every nylon production line is its extruder. We design extruder machines according to the desired capacity (from small to high industrial capacities). We use advanced heat transfer systems and new Marden (screw) designs to achieve the highest level of polymer melt homogeneity.

2. Specialized repairs and complete reconstruction (Overhaul)

Due to wear and tear caused by continuous operation in industrial environments, the need for specialized repairs is critical. Our team specializes in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs of polymer equipment.

• Repair and adjustment of the nylon printing machine (Printing Machine Service): including precise adjustments of the sensors, repair of the feeding mechanism and complete service of the drying unit.

Technical details of turning and making parts

Precision in manufacturing moving and fixed parts of machinery directly affects the quality of the final polymer product. In Dehghani Group, we have a special focus on this sector:

A) Marden Design (Screw Design)

The design of Marden extruder is based on fluid dynamics equations so that pressure and melting temperature are uniformly distributed. We use the following algorithms to calculate the key parameters.

B) Cylinder (Barrel) and inner cover

The cylinder must be able to withstand wear caused by abrasive materials (such as titanium dioxide in white masterbatches). We use induction hardening methods and coating with wear-resistant alloys (such as bi-metallic bushings) to increase the useful life of the cylinder.
