The plastic salt mill line is the heart of the nylon, nylon (PE/PP) and polymer films recycling process. This multipurpose line is designed with the aim of converting waste into reusable raw materials (granules). The main stages include the primary crusher (shredder), a tub for washing materials with water (salt stage), a secondary mill to reach the standard size, a centrifuge for dewatering, and finally a thermal dryer.
